Our home comes with a fully equipped BBQ, free of charge. We have found that it is very popular with our guests. The maintenance crew does not clean the BBQ, nor do they recharge the gas bottles. As the owners visit infrequently, we ask that any guests who discover an empty bottle make a short visit to Walmart to replace it. The replacement cost is only around $14.

Although this can be a small inconvenience, it prevents us having to make additonal arrangements and charge each guest extra for the use of the BBQ. The cost for such a rental is significantly higher than $14.
