Located
in Rotonda West, the villa is situated approximately
45 minutes from Sarasota, an hour and a half away
from Tampa and three hours from Orlando. The villa
itself is located about 30 minutes from the I-75
exit 295. The subsequent drive along the 776 takes
you through the small town of Englewood. The shopping
and restaurants of Port Charlotte are a 15 minute
drive to the north-east.
Rotonda
West is a collection of fine luxury houses and golf
courses. The 771 heads north-east toward Port Charlotte.
Englewood can be reached by driving north (toward
Englewood East Park) and then west to join Placida
Road. Driving south on Placica Road takes you to
the breathtaking beaches of Boca Grande.
